We purchased a Serta Perfect Sleep "New day" Matress in July of 2006, we paid $2,000, when we moved into our new home and in few months it began to have holes in the area that we slept and we have had constant back pain. We sleep in another bed to get a good night sleep. We called Serta and they will charge $129 just to come out to look at their problem. Worst investment we ever made. A local matress manufacturer near our home have agreed to replace the pillowtop foam with a firmer foam for back support.
