Serta big con ,adds are all lies

We bought a Serta perfect sleeper with a gaurantee that is worthless.It is supposed to be a extra firm but very soon started to sag on both sides.We have gotten no help from the company at all.We are in our sixty's and have very bad backs and can't afford a new mattress, but this one is killing our backs.Some mornings I can hardly get up off it ,it is that bad.It is not firm anymore but because it's not sagging a full one and half inches they won't do anything about it,but when we lay on it ,it goes way over that.Serta is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
