American
Mattress sold me a bed with me assuming the
warranty is good. i was never told there would be no
warranty on
floor models... The manager told me it had to be assumed that this is the reason he was selling this
mattress so inexpensively. I was never told there would be no
warranty. I called the
Serta Rep.
Serta rep tells me no
warranty can be applied to
floor models... I told them both I would have to take my complaint to corporate... this
mattress was m.s.r.p. $1599. I bought it for 599 5 months ago...

I cannot even get American Mattress to answer my phone calls. Caller I.D. ***. I did get ahold of the guy once via a different number, he told me that the floor model would not be covered. I was never told this before i bought the mattress..

I purchased a Vera Wang mattress from American Mattress in Shreveport, La. Agter 2 weeks the mattress began sagging from my body weight. I called American Mattress explained my problem, and the mattress was replaced. Now 9 months later the replacement mattress is doing the same thing ( sagging). I have called American Mattress numerous times, talked to Chat once, and talked to his wife once both times I voiced my displeasure of this mattress, both times I was assured the problem would be corrected. Now months later I am still waiting on my problem to be corrected. I will never purchase a mattress from American Mattress Or from Serta.
