Serta Pillow top mattress

We purchased a Serta Mattress King Size ten months ago. My bed has a hill and valley situation going on as well. I also have to mention that we did not use the bed for two months during the period we have owned the mattress. I cannot sleep on the bed because it is so uncomfortable. We have had a representitive for Serta come and measure the bed it was 1/8 " short of the warrantied depression.
I would like my money back so I can go out and purchase another bed not a Serta. I need to get some sleep.
